Bridal Consultant Qualifications:
Bridal Consultants will need to be comfortable working with a diverse group of brides. Consultants need to have a positive and can do attitude, a love for sales and customer service, and an interest in the fashion and bridal industry. Consultants will need to be able to mutli-task, be comfortable asking brides questions and creating a personalized experience. Bridal Consultants will work in the bridal, bridesmaid, mother's, flower girl, tux, and rental areas.
Consultants are responsible for customer appointments and helping customers select apparel for their needs. Consultants will need to learn the specific designers carried by the store, and policies and procedures for selling the merchandise and the follow up items needed for finishing the transaction including collecting payments, filing paperwork, and follow up calls. Consultants are also responisble for the maintenance and cleanliness of the store.
Consultants will be required to:

Be on time for all shifts

Be available to work some nights until 8 and most Saturdays (rotating)

Learn all the necessary policies and procedures

Work on the computer

Have a strong attention to detail

Provide excellent customer service

Ability to overcome objections

Ability to muti task and prioritize

Be able to meet the physical demands of the position (cleaning, hanging up dresses, lifting bins)
