You appointment time is not confirmed until we have received your request and called you to confirm or you have received an email confirmation for the day and time selected.

Heartstrings Bridal offers the following appointment types:
Bridal: A 90 minute appointment with a consultant to help you select and try on bridal gowns to find your dream dress. We carry a variety of designers, styles, shapes, and prices to fit your needs. Please note that we do not allow any children in our bridal area and recommend bringing no more than 2 or 3 people who’s opinions matter the most to you. This will ensure the best experience possible for you and other clients in the boutique.
Bridesmaid: A 60 minute appointment with a consultant to try on the latest bridesmaids fashions. A consultant will help you find shapes to find your maid’s body types as well as help you select colors to match your bridal party colors.
Flower Girl: A 30 minute appointment with a consultant to try on the latest flower girl fashions. A consultant will help you choose a dress to complement your wedding party look and colors.
Mother’s Gowns: A 30 minute appointment with a consultant to try on the latest Mother’s fashions. A consultant will help you find shapes to complement your body type as well as help you select colors to complement the wedding party and formality of the wedding.
Tuxedo: A 60 minute appointment with a consultant to look through the exciting tux selections by award winning Savvi Formalwear. A consultant will walk you through your overall wedding look, make tux selections, measure the groom for his try-on and set up the necessary appointments and paperwork to make your tuxedo rental a success.
Accessory: Have you had a difficult time figuring out which accessories look best with your dress? Bring in your dress or a photo of your dress and let our consultant make you over with different looks for your wedding day. During this 30 minute appointment, the focus will be on veils and hair pieces, jewelry, belts, shoes and any other accessories that will complete your look.
Invitations: A 30 minute appointment with our invitation albums to look through the various styles of invitations, lettering and font, and color choices available by Carlson Craft, Birchcraft, and Affordably Inviting.
Gown Preservation: Bring in your bridal gown after your wedding for gown preservation. This 10 minute appointment will be to complete your paperwork for gown preservation and talk about any special needs your gown may have before being preserved. Our consultants will then take your gown and get it ready to ship for a professional gown preservation service.
