Shipping
Your package will be shipped via UPS or United States Post Office, depending which carrier is the most efficient and cost effective to your address. Shipping and  costs depend on the shipping method you choose (Standard, 2 day, next day, etc), the weight of the item, and the destination. 
 
A Signature Is Required for Delivery
A signature is required for your package to be delivered over $250, or by request. We recommend using a shipping address that has a person to sign for the package. 

For bridesmaid orders, we ship the entire order to the bride. The bride must inspect the merchandise for proper style, color and sizes. Any concerns must br brought to our attention within 3 days of receipt. If you choose to ship merchandise to an individual attendant(s), each separate address will be charged a $15 shipping fee (Continental U.S. Only).

Taxes, Duties, Tariffs and Brokerage Fees

www.heartstringsbridal.com cannot be held responsible for any additional charges such as taxes, duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees which may apply to international orders.  Estimated shipping costs for transportation only can be viewed at the check out process.  Additional fees for taxes, duties, tariffs, and brokerage may also apply on top of those costs. To find out which if any of these may apply, please contact your local government.

Estimated Ship Times
Once your order is placed with the designer, it will take approximately12-14 weeks for delivery of bridal gowns and bridal party apparel. Allow approximately 4 – 8 weeks for delivery of accessories. IT will take an additional 5-14 business days for us to ship your orders after we receive and inspect your merchandise. If your order cannot be completed within the designer’s normal delivery time, rush cut and rush shipping charges may be applicable. See individual product or designer pages for details. EVEN IF AN ITEM STATES IT IS IN STOCK IT STILL  NEEDS TO BE ORDERED and will she shipped according to the time frame listed above.

Upgrading Shipping
Upgrading Shipping will only speed up shipping times; it will not speed up production time.

Orders with Multiple Items
Orders with multiple items will be shipped as one shipment once completed.
