Store Hours

Appointments are recommended during the week and required on Saturdays.  Please note that during the week walk-ins are accepted if a consultant is available to help you and that appointments are suggested.. A consultant is required to be with you to try on any bridal gowns.  If an opening is not available we can schedule an appointment for you to come back.

We also recommend brides bring with them 2 or 3 people whose opinions matter the most to them to ensure that that the focus is staying on the bride and to ensure we enough seating for your party.  Larger parties can be accomodated with advance notice and are recommended to come in during the week for a private appointment. 

We at Heartstrings Bridal love children but our store is not appropriate for children as our gowns are meant for adults. We do sell flower girl dresses and ring bearer tuxes and we will be happy to make an appointment for that child, with an agreement that the child will be closely supervised by their accompanying adult.
