To ensure a proper fit, please be professionally measured by a bridal expert. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges for incorrect sizing. Fabric dye lots vary, so it is important that dresses be ordered at the same time. Failure to order in a timely manner, may result in a rush charge from the designer.
We cannot be responsible for size changes that occur once the dresses have been ordered (pregnancy, weight gain/loss, etc).
We require a full payment to order your dress, and there are no cancellations.
Total dress price is determined by the Bride who selected the dress designer and style that was chosen for the event.
The actual price charged to the card depends on the dress being ordered and any charges for sizes over 16, extra length or rush cuts, or additional shipping options you selected.
Please note a charge of $5.00 is added to all bridesmaids orders for shipping from the manufacturer to Heartstrings Bridal.
