Facilities Management
Want to find the perfect site for your next event? We can help. We have contacts in major restaurants, hotels and convention sites throughout Minnesota and we are constantly adding new and exciting locations to the list. Once we determine your needs, we will do all the legwork for you, from conducting a search to taking you on a tour of the facilities. When we find the right spot, we can even manage the contractual obligations.

Communications Management
Almost every event requires some form of communication, from invitations to handouts. While we will always look for you to supply the content or message we will help drive that message home through creative concept development.

Travel Arrangements
We provide travel and accommodation planning for attendees and speakers. We can arrange coach travel for local events, air travel, boat cruises, and limousine service...whatever it takes to get you where you are going!

Mailing Services
Do you already have a great contact database or do you need us to source a target mailing list to help you get in contact with potential attendees? It’s up to you; from e-mail to broadcast faxes to traditional mail processing we stuff, seal, label and make sure your message gets to where its supposed to go!
