Terms and Conditions of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase are entered into by you and Heartstrings Bridal, Inc., a Minnesota corporation. Your access to and general use of www.HeartstringsBridal.com and your purchase of any products through the Website are subject to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all online purchases from www.heartstringsbridal.com  These terms cannot be altered in anyway unless otherwise agreed to in writing by both parties.

By using the Website and making a purchase on the Website, you agree to comply with the Terms and applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use and purchases on the Website.

Heartstrings Bridal, Inc. shall at any time, without notice, revise these Terms or add new  terms and conditions. Use of www.heartsteringsbridal.com after we post changes to these Terms indicates your acceptance of the changes.

Acceptance Of Order

In order for an order to be complete it needs to be confirmed by the manufacturer and Heartstrings Bridal. Payment must be received and approved and the manufacturer must accept order and issue a confirmation.

It will take approximatley 8-16 weeks for delivery of your bridal gown or bridesmaid dresses once the order is placed, 2– 8 weeks for delivery of accessories. You should allow extra time for alterations.

If your order cannot be shipped within the manufacturers normal delivery time, rush cut and rush shipping charges may apply.  If you have any questions please contact us at Info@HeartstringsBridal.com.

Colors and Swatches

Online images of products may vary due to display and monitor settings. If a dress has multiple color options that will be displayed. 
 
Each manufacturer has its own color names and hues and they vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. For example, an Bill Levkoff  navy dress does not perfectly match a Venus navy dress. 
 
In order to ensure all the dye lots match for bridesmaid dresses, we required that you order the same style and color dress and we place the order together. 
 
We are not liable for mistaken color selections.

Sizing

A professional should take all of your measurments. On our website you will find size charts for each manufacturer. The manufacturers size chart establishes a standard size. Your measurements determine the closest size. All dresses fit each person diferently and raely fit PERFECTLY! Wach dress may require alterations. Sizes have been scaled to fit as close as possible to your measurments. If you request a size that differs from the recommended we are not responsible. If you gain, lose weight or become pregnant after the order has been placed we cannot be held responsible fpr the size change. When you take your dress to a seamstress we cannot be liable for their interpertations of what size "should have been ordered." These dresses are NOT CUSTOM MADE.

Delivery

When your order is received at Heartstrings Bridal, we will inspect it for style, color, size and defects, then ship the merchandise to the shipping address provided when you placed your order. If your email address and/or shipping address changes, you are responsible for contacting Heartstrings Bridal.
 
Shipping and Handling

We ship UPS and The United States Post Office.  Shipping will depend on the shipping method you choose (Standard, 2 day, next day, etc.), the weight of the item, and the destination.  For merchandise shipping outside the U.S., our shipping rates cover the cost to ship your merchandise. It does not cover any other fees with shipping outside the US. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. Bridesmaid dresses are sent directly to the bride, otherwise each address wil incur a $15 additional shipping charge

Since all of our items are special ordered from the manufacturer they may be delayed due to manufacturing, shipping or other unforseen circumstances. If such delay occurs and the item is not received by the event day our liability is limited to a full refund of the amount paid for the item

Return/Refund Policy

All sales are final and all payments are non-refundable. Your order is placed immediately with the designer who is unable to cancel, change or modify the order once placed. Please verify that your order, including size, style and color, is correct prior to placing your order. If your order is not accepted by us, we will notify you and explore alternative options or allow cancellation with a full refund. Refunds are issued in US Dollars. We are not responsible for the current currency exchange rate.

Defective Merchandise

Immediatley upon receiving your items you must inspect them. If your merchandise is defective, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the merchandise for return of the item. If we determine that there truly is a defect we will arrange for shipment back to our location and arrange for a new item to be shipped to you.

All merchandise must be returned in the condition it was sent (tags attached, not worn). If we determine that the merchandise is not defective the it will be shipped back to you at your expense. We will incur shipping charges on defective merchandise, but we will NOT incur shipping charges on merchandise that is found not defective.


Pricing

Occasionally there is an error on our website and an item is priced incorrelty. The price of the item will not be confirmed until we have your order in house. If teh item was listed at an incorrect price we have the right to refuse or cancel the order.

Please keep in mind that we do price match!
